Customer Spotlight: Nia’s Biomagnetism Therapy and Wellness
Last Updated on 13 March, 2026
A growing biomagnetism practice focused on making therapy and wellness support easier to book, manage, and maintain, all in one place.
1. Introducing Nia’s Biomagnetism Therapy and Wellness
Founded by Nancy Ayala, Nia’s Biomagnetism Therapy and Wellness offers biomagnetism therapy sessions and wellness support through an appointment-based model. As her client base expands, Nancy is building a more organized experience for patients, including both in-person sessions and select virtual appointments booked with a doctor in California.
She also supports clients beyond the session itself by offering a curated selection of at-home wellness products, including biomagnetic hats and insoles, with plans to manage roughly 15–20 products through her WellnessLiving platform.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
Nancy’s biggest driver was simple: growth. As she put it, “I’m getting busier now, and I need a platform where everything is in one.” Prior to WellnessLiving, she was piecing things together using Square for appointments and payments, while keeping patient details in spreadsheets. That worked when volume was low, but it became harder to sustain as demand increased and she needed a more centralized system that would keep her clients’personal information safe.
Nancy was primarily looking to move away from a scattered setup and into a single, more scalable workflow that could grow with her. Like thousands of other small business owners, she found that WellnessLiving had all the tools she needed, like:
- automated SMS and email marketing
- integrated client management
- AI front desk assistant: CAASI
- client retention and loyalty systems
- secure payment processing and point-of-sale
3. What They’re Building
With WellnessLiving, Nancy is setting up a streamlined booking and business hub that supports how her practice actually runs today:
- by appointment only with flexible booking
- 4–6 different session types
- pricing that ranges for every budget
- paced sessions with weeks off for individual growth
As part of her setup, she’s also laying the groundwork for smoother operations behind the scenes: importing or manually creating client profiles, establishing policies like a 24-hour cancellation window, and replacing her current Google Doc intake process with digital forms tied to specific services.
4. What Success Looks Like
For Nancy, success is less about rushing and more about building it correctly. She shared that she’d “rather not rush it,” aiming for a thoughtful rollout with a seamless transition. The end goal is to stop juggling systems and admin work as her schedule fills up, and instead run everything through one streamlined platform, including booking, client records, forms, products, and payments.
“I want everything all in one spot. I don’t want to keep going from one thing to something. That’s why I chose WellnessLiving.” -Nancy Ayala
