Customer Spotlight: Peak Stretch and Wellness
Last Updated on 13 April, 2026
A one-stop, mind-body-spirit space bringing assisted stretching and integrative wellness together for the Colorado community.
1. Introducing Peak Stretch and Wellness
Peak Stretch and Wellness is a new wellness studio in Colorado led by founder Kristine Jazwa, a naturopathic doctor with a clear mission: create “a very, very zen space…for people to come and get healthy, both mind, body, and spirit.”
The studio’s core offering is one-on-one assisted stretching with Stretch and Mobility Specialists, alongside appointment-based strength and mobility work (often focused on areas like hip flexors and injury recovery). Peak Stretch and Wellness serves a wide range of clients, including athletes and active adults, with Kristine sharing that they see “all ages, from 9 years old all the way up to 91.”
As the business grows, Kristine also plans to expand into add-on and complementary services like shockwave therapy, consults, and breathwork, with the long-term possibility of adding group stretching on weekends.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
With a fast-moving transition underway, Peak Stretch and Wellness needed a platform that could support bookings, memberships, and a smooth client experience right away. Kristine is taking over members and staff as a current studio closes, and she’s working toward a rapid go-live so they get into the new space as quickly as possible.
Kristine had heard of Mindbody, but discovered WellnessLiving through a Facebook ad. As she put it: “Honestly, I found you guys on a Facebook ad, and I was like, I’m very impressed.” She also emphasized that she’s “not tech-savvy,” so having a system that can be configured clearly, taught visually, and managed confidently over time was key.
Just as important, she wanted flexibility in how the business operates day to day, including the ability to manually manage pricing for long-time and special-discount clients (like veterans, nurses, teachers, and police), rather than forcing everything into automatic rules.
3. What They’re Building
Peak Stretch and Wellness is setting up WellnessLiving to run the operational heart of the studio, including: online booking for stretching, strength training, shockwave sessions, and select consult-style appointments; memberships and packages; and client self-service purchasing online.
A major priority is enabling website booking through WellnessLiving widgets, so clients can click through from marketing and book instantly:
“Facebook ads come through…there’s a call to action, and then they can go in and book appointments online. And I want that feature.”
On the admin side, Kristine is preparing to:
- import client data from Excel
- set up waivers for all clients
- configure staff schedules and pay
- create clear reporting on revenue and ROI
- enable marketing tools for email and SMS promotions
4. What Success Looks Like
Success for Peak Stretch and Wellness starts with a smooth launch that protects the client experience during a high-stakes transition. Kristine’s goal is to move clients into the new space seamlessly, keep memberships running, and ensure long-time members retain their established pricing where needed.
Looking ahead, Peak Stretch and Wellness is building toward a scalable wellness model: streamlined bookings, online sales, clean reporting, staff pay structures that reflect both hourly work and session-based commission, and marketing that converts interest into booked intros and long-term memberships. In Kristine’s words, “The platform becomes the foundation for the calm, organized experience I’m creating. Where clients can simply show up, breathe, and get back to feeling their best.”
