Customer Spotlight: Revive Me Holistic Spa
Last Updated on 26 March, 2026
A holistic wellness center built to help people “fight back and restore their health.”
1. Introducing Revive Me Holistic Spa
Revive Me Holistic Spa is a Wisconsin-based wellness center founded by Naomi Kracht, created from lived experience and a clear mission to support people navigating long-term health challenges. Before launching Revive Me, Naomi worked as a massage therapist and real estate investor, until “a couple of literally hard knocks” dramatically changed her health, including a brain injury from a car accident in late 2020.
As she worked to recover, Naomi saw “the shortcomings, the lack of support” available for people who are chronically ill, and she felt called to build something different. “No one is providing this out there in a manner that someone who is incredibly chronically ill needs,” she shared.
After “two and a half years to rebuild my nervous system,” she’s now turning that hard-won recovery into a space that helps clients access both foundational therapies and more specialized neurological support, with a focus on guiding people to the other side of their healing journey.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
Naomi came to WellnessLiving after attempting to implement GloFox, but ultimately stepped away because it wasn’t working for her or her clients. “I went through the whole process, I onboarded, I tried to implement, it wasn’t the most user-friendly experience,” she said. The biggest red flag was adoption: “Clients did not really adapt to it, and they kept texting me to book.”
With a planned transition into a new space and a desire to reopen with a smoother client experience, Naomi needed a platform that felt easier to navigate on both the business side and the customer side. By the end of the kickoff call, her impression was clear: WellnessLiving felt “a lot easier to navigate,” and she appreciated that the setup could be tackled in manageable steps.
3. What They’re Building
Naomi is using WellnessLiving to rebuild her operations with better structure, self-serve booking, and cleaner workflows. Her immediate focus is appointments, with the flexibility to add events later as she gets “structured and prepared” to participate in marketing-driven community events.
In the platform, Naomi is planning to:
- Create a clearer online booking experience that she can embed back onto her website.
- Set up service categories and appointment types across her offerings, including foundational services like red light and infrared sauna, plus higher-touch services such as hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy, and neurological therapies.
- Introduce asset-based booking so she can run her “four therapy… wellness circuit” alongside one-on-one sessions without overlap, keeping capacity organized as demand grows.
- Implement SMS appointment reminders because, as she put it, “I’m usually chasing them.”
- Begin adding forms and intake workflows that gather the right information without becoming “so legalese… that becomes a deterrent.”
- Move toward digital client documentation, including SOAP notes, since her previous setup lacked capability and she was doing things “old school pen and paper.”
She’s also preparing to implement cancellation policies and penalties, something she hasn’t enforced before but wants in place as she scales.
4. What Success Looks Like
Naomi’s plan is to “hit the ground running with a better experience.” Success with WellnessLiving means fewer manual back-and-forth booking texts, more consistent client follow-through through reminders and policies, and a system that supports her unique model as she narrows her focus and target market through a website redesign.
Ultimately, Naomi is building Revive Me to stand for hope and proof. “I want to… stand out as, yes, you can walk back through all of this and get to the other side, too,” she said. With WellnessLiving as her operational foundation, she’s putting the structure in place to serve that mission with clarity, professionalism, and room to grow.
