1. Introducing Unchained Athletics
Unchained Athletics is a training facility built around results-driven coaching and a flexible member experience. As the owner, Eddy, shared their three main service pillars are classes, so small group classes, personal training, and nutrition, supported by an expanding Open Gym offering.
Members can choose drop-ins, class packs, and unlimited memberships, plus personal training that begins with an assessment before clients are matched with the right coach. On the nutrition side, clients start with a consultation and can add meal planning and follow-up sessions, creating a clear pathway from first visit to ongoing support.
Beyond day-to-day training, Unchained Athletics also runs seasonal pop-ups like weekly workouts in the park, and offers retail items such as “t-shirts, mugs” for in-studio pickup.

They are prioritizing: seamless client self-booking for classes, controlled booking rules for personal training so sessions are coordinated by coaches, Open Gym credit tracking, and a cleaner flow for pop-up programming.
They are also planning a full data migration from Mindbody, including client data, attendance history, and retail products, so everything maps cleanly into their new setup. To avoid unnecessary costs, they decided not to migrate stored credit cards, since Mindbody charges for that, and instead will update cards naturally as they see clients in person.
4. What Success Looks Like
