Waves-N-Wellness is led by fitness instructor Brigette Swain, who has spent nearly two decades helping people stay active, and found her true niche when she “fell in love with Zumba” and later discovered Aqua Zumba. And even though she’s aiming to reduce paper overall, Brigette also appreciated that she can still print schedules when needed, especially when sharing with local physicians.
