“We were both working nine-to-five for years,” says Nicole. “We thought—why are we doing this for someone else when we can do it for ourselves?”
With Cindy as a certified Pilates instructor and Nicole as a personal trainer and nutritionist, the sisters created a dual-studio concept: a Pilates studio paired with a gym and nutrition service next door.
“We wanted to combine our skill sets,” Nicole shares. “A lot of people are paying for both a gym and Pilates studio, so we thought, why not offer it all in one?”

“We offer 1-to-1 sessions for beginners who are unfamiliar with the Reformer,” Cindy explains. “We want to make sure they’re doing everything right before joining group classes.”

“It’s a long journey,” Nicole adds. “It doesn’t take two months to get to where you want to be. It often takes years. Helping clients along that path and seeing their progress month after month is incredibly empowering.”
