Jenna’s wellness must-haves:
- Yoga. Yoga is like taking my body to the mechanic for a tune up to make it run its best.
- Running. It is my current favorite form of exercise and such a cathartic form of meditation through movement.
- Outside time. I try to get outside most days all year long to boost my happiness level. There’s no better feeling than fresh air and sun warming my face.
- Creating art. Having a creative outlet through my painting and drawing helps me take care of my mind, which is just as important as taking care of my body!
