1. Introducing Live Well Holistic Health Center
Based just outside Philadelphia, Live Well Holistic Health Center is an established holistic health practice built around appointment-based services. Owner Traci Orimenko has been working with online scheduling for well over a decade and knows exactly what a smooth client experience should feel like, both for clients booking online and for the team delivering services day to day.

2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving

And I need to be able to quickly reference that for them.” During onboarding, she asked to bring over as much history as possible (ideally more than a decade) so client records remain complete and searchable.
She’s also excited to finally use the tools she’s been missing or avoiding, including “all the extra stuff it can do for me with marketing,” and potentially building packages in a way she hasn’t used in past systems. Because she knew early on she’d be leaving Vagaro, she intentionally didn’t invest energy in setting up advanced features there: “There’s a lot of things we’re gonna want to set up from scratch.”
And like many small business owners, Traci is doing it all. As she said, “I am the IT team, and the marketing team, and the accounting team,” which makes a streamlined, reliable system even more critical.
