Right now, Whitney is “manually inputting everything” and “sending every email to remind them, like, it’s time to pay.” With birthdays booked nearly every weekend, she’s looking to shift as much as possible to a self-serve flow where families can request and register, and staff can manage details without everything living in Whitney’s inbox.
