Customer Spotlight: Omni Healing Studio
Last Updated on 16 April, 2026
A four-pillar healing center in South Jersey, bringing bodywork, fitness, and recovery together under one roof.
1. Introducing Omni Healing Studio
Led by owner Robbie Summers, Omni Healing Studio is a newly opened healing center in South Jersey that blends hands-on therapeutic care with movement and recovery services. Robbie describes Omni as “a fusion of different techniques,” built around four pillars:
- OmniTouch | massage, Thai bodywork and stretch, lymphatic detox, and specialized bodywork
- Omni Flow | mat Pilates and group classes like yoga and calisthenics
- Omni Fit | small-group training including spin and strength formats
- Omni Recovery | including cold plunge, red light therapy, and a 3D body scan
In addition to the main healing center, Robbie also operates a separate, one-room massage studio in Mullica Hill, giving the business a multi-location model from the start. Having been in the business for a long time as a massage therapist, physical therapist, and lymphedema specialist, Robbie is building Omni with both clinical experience and community care at the core.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
Robbie came into onboarding with a clear pain point: too many disconnected systems. At the time of the call, Omni was juggling CozyCal for group classes and two MassageBook booking sites for different locations, plus manual follow-up for website inquiries. “It’s so much,” Robbie shared, describing the day-to-day reality of managing multiple calendars, links, and workflows. Even simple schedule changes felt heavy: “Changing a class is just so many steps.”
Only WellnessLiving was able to support everything that Omni is:
Just as important, Robbie wanted marketing support built into the same ecosystem. “The marketing piece is super important, because I want automated responses, and some easy ways to connect with people.” WellnessLiving stood out as the path to consolidate booking, client management, and marketing into one platform so Omni can stop patching together tools and start scaling with confidence.
3. What They’re Building
Robbie is using WellnessLiving to create a clean foundation fast, and she’s motivated to move quickly: “I want to get as much done as I can as soon as possible.” The immediate build includes: migrating client lists from MassageBook and CozyCal, setting up both appointments and classes, and tightening the client booking experience with simpler self-service.
On the operations side, Robbie is preparing WellnessLiving to support real-world workflows: appointment padding between bodywork sessions, policies and waivers, and more detailed intake using WellnessLiving’s Forms so Omni can collect the right information without overwhelming clients. She’s also planning for staff growth, from class instructors to eventual additional massage therapists, with permissions, scheduling visibility, and staff mobile access through the Elevate app.
4. What Success Looks Like
Robbie’s vision is to fill the schedule with consistent bodywork demand while continuing to grow the class community and launch higher-retention offerings like structured training pods. Massage and bodywork are the immediate focus.
From there, she’s aiming to expand the team and roll out more packaged experiences that keep clients engaged over time, like her planned 8-week Fit Pods program that bundles small-group training, mat classes, recovery, and body scanning.
For Robbie, success with WellnessLiving means replacing fragmented tools with one streamlined system that makes it easier for clients to book, easier for staff to support each other, and easier for Omni to stay connected to every lead and client without manual work. As she put it, the goal is simple: “I really just want this to be all in one space.”
