Customer Spotlight: Pilates 4 Me
Last Updated on 16 April, 2026
A boutique Pilates experience built to keep things simple, personal, and easy to book.
1. Introducing Pilates 4 Me
Pilates 4 Me is a boutique Pilates studio led by owner and CEO Davonna Willis, offering a highly personalized approach to movement through private sessions and duets. Davonna has been paying close attention to what her clients are actually booking and adjusting accordingly: “I have to go with what people are booking.”
While mat Pilates hasn’t been the biggest draw in-studio, she still supports clients beyond the four walls of the studio with a virtual mat option for those who can’t attend in person. With a streamlined setup, Pilates 4 Me is intentionally designed to stay boutique and client-focused.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
Pilates 4 Me is transitioning from a newer platform called Zipper, which initially appealed because it promised an all-in-one solution: website, automations, and even social media tools. But as the studio ramped up, Davonna needed a smoother, more efficient day-to-day workflow.
She shared that onboarding clients in the previous system had become “kind of… tedious,” especially with an upcoming studio event and a tight timeline to get fully launched.
WellnessLiving stood out as the platform to help Pilates 4 Me move faster, simplify booking, and reduce admin load, while still supporting the operational details that matter most: clean scheduling, client notifications, and an easier client experience.
3. What They’re Building
Davonna and her admin, Ikaleah Flores, are focused on getting Pilates 4 Me fully set up to support their clients. Their priority is building a system that makes it easy for clients to self-serve while keeping operations simple behind the scenes.
Inside WellnessLiving, they’re setting up:
- Appointments for private sessions and duets, so clients can book any available time, with no need for her to approve each appointment.
- Purchase options, including an intro offer, plus packs and updated pricing, events, and more.
- Client reminders and confirmations via SMS, which Davonna called out as essential: “To me, that’s very important. The day-to-day assistance.”
- Waivers and health history forms, including importing existing PDFs as attachments while prompting clients to sign a new waiver when they create their WellnessLiving account.
- Loyalty Rewards, designed around local partnerships since, as Davonna explained, she’s a small studio and prefers offering community-based perks like discounts with nearby wellness providers.
- Retail add-ons at checkout, like grippy socks and stretching straps, so purchases can happen right at the point of sale.
They’ll also be adding a simple booking link to their Canva-built website, keeping their web presence intact while upgrading the booking and client management experience.
4. What Success Looks Like
Davonna is building toward sustainable growth without losing the boutique feel. Success means reducing the manual work that comes with running a new studio, keeping scheduling under control, and creating a client journey that feels consistent and professional from the first intro session through ongoing packages and membership options.
With WellnessLiving supporting bookings, notifications, waivers, client history, and even in-studio retail, Pilates 4 Me is setting the foundation for a smoother operation now and a flexible setup for what’s next, including expanding offerings as new equipment and demand grow.
