1. Introducing Stage X Studio
Stage X Studio is a premier dance, vocal, and performance training studio specializing in dance, vocal coaching, and K-pop idol training for all skill levels. Their goal is to develop confident, well-rounded performers by providing industry-level instruction, fostering creativity, and helping aspiring artists refine their skills and pursue professional opportunities.
They run primarily on scheduled classes and group programs, with private sessions available by arrangement between the client and the teacher.
With a team of fewer than 10 staff on the administrative side and a similar number of teachers, owner and manager Emily Thai is setting the studio up to support both front desk operations and instructor-led services, while also accommodating families. - Online sales for classes, including new session pass “class packages” they plan to introduce with WellnessLiving: “We were planning with this system to do a class package… we want to do session passes.”
- Waivers, including guardian signing for minors, so onboarding new clients is consistent and compliant.
- Staff profiles and permissions, so instructors can be assigned correctly without creating scheduling limitations. Emily originally hoped to use a shared front desk login, but clarified the need for individual teacher profiles once she saw how staff availability impacts bookings.
- Text and email notifications, especially for cancellations, with A2P registration planned to enable SMS sending.
Stage X Studio is also planning ahead for retail merchandise, with Emily sharing that they intend to start selling merch and are preparing to purchase a card reader as part of that next step.
4. What Success Looks Like
