Limitless Fitness Redefines Personal Training—and Grows 200% Doing It

Last Updated on 5 September, 2025
For husband-and-wife team Bill and Bennet Camarda, Limitless Fitness isn’t just a gym—it’s a mission rooted in resilience, reinvention, and purpose. After successful careers in software sales and global marketing respectively, Bill and Bennet left corporate life to acquire and grow a boutique fitness studio that aligned with their values.
Today, they operate two thriving private training studios in Epping and Greenland, NH, serving over 200 clients with personalized, one-on-one coaching. Their success comes from doing things differently: investing in trainers, systematizing excellence, and delivering a deeply personalized client experience.

Personalized From Day One
At Limitless Fitness, it’s never one-size-fits-all. Every program begins with real conversation and real listening. First-time clients meet in person for a no-pressure consultation where they can share their goals, health history, and lifestyle barriers. Whether the goal is to manage pain, rebuild confidence, or lift a 50-pound bag of salt in the winter, each client is matched with a certified trainer who is perfectly suited to guide them through a tailor-made program.
“There are no jazz hands. There’s really no sales. Just a real conversation about your why. What are you up against? Where do you want to be?” Bill says.
It’s not just clients who get customized support—trainers do too. Many Limitless team members left corporate gyms where they were expected not only to roam the gym floor to try to hustle new business for themselves, but also to clean and do other menial tasks. Many struggled to string together clients across different locations. Bill and Bennett are flipping that model on its head:
“The path of a trainer can be really difficult… Our job is we take care of all the stuff they don’t want to do. We build their book of business, bring in clients they’d love to work with, and make sure their schedule is as full as they want it to be. And then we respect how they train, trusting that they know what’s best for their client.” — Bill Camarda, Co-owner
This trainer-first philosophy isn’t just good for staff—it’s the foundation of trust, retention, and client results.
And trusting in personal expertise goes beyond their trainers. Bill and Bennett are a true team, bringing complementary skills to the table. Bill handles sales and trainer management, Bennett handles operations, marketing, and branding.
But their vision is the same. They are passionate about removing barriers and creating a first impression that feels human and aligned with purpose.
“Our mission is to be the best place to be a trainer, so it can be the best place to be trained,” says Bennet.

Built from a Bigger Why
Their leap into ownership came after a life-changing moment. Just after their wedding in 2023, Bennett’s father was diagnosed with ALS. Facing such a serious family crisis quickly put things into perspective.
“We realized, you’re not guaranteed a future,” Bennet says, “So, we asked, how do we want to spend our time? What impact do we want to make?” When the opportunity arose to purchase Limitless Fitness, it was an immediate yes. “We wanted to apply our corporate skills to something local, real, and mission-driven. Limitless was the perfect fit.”
For Bill, the mission is also personal. At age 11, he was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that left him bedridden each spring for nearly a decade. With the support of his mother and a personal trainer, he slowly rebuilt strength through daily stretching, good nutrition, and movement.
“My mom said, ‘We’re not giving up. We’re going to fight.’ And she was right—movement became medicine,” Bill explains.
Those early experiences shaped his deep empathy for new clients who are intimidated, overwhelmed, or rebuilding after setbacks. It’s why Limitless is designed to feel welcoming, not performative—and why clients stay.
“It’s awe-inspiring to see the strength of the people who come in the door… To create a space that’s safe for both clients and trainers—and see both thrive—is really cool.” — Bill Camarda, Co-owner
Why They Chose WellnessLiving
WellnessLiving had already replaced Mindbody before they arrived, chosen for its flexibility and intuitive design. But Bill and Bennett took it further—auditing what was in place, surfacing underused features, and optimizing the platform to align with their evolving brand and operations.
“We just dove in, looked at what was being used already in terms of features, what maybe wasn’t being used, and how we might want to rework the systems to better work with our new brand and process.” — Bennett Camarda, Co-owner
Here are a few of the ways they optimized:
- Created new appointment types to distinguish regular sessions, reschedules, and legacy contracts—improving data fidelity and trainer visibility into client attendance.
- Integrated WellnessLiving’s API into their analytics system to power custom automations and streamline operations.
- Leveraged the Isaac AI chatbot for fast, reliable support. “I love the AI chatbot,” says Bennett. “If it doesn’t have the answer, it pings a real person.”
They appreciate how responsive—and fast-moving—the platform is. “As a growing company, it’s great to work with a platform that’s evolving alongside us,” says Bill.
“WellnessLiving really listens to business owners. I know I’ll get answers fast…and I see new features every month that solve real problems.” — Bennett Camarda, Co-owner
Since switching from Mindbody in 2021, Limitless Fitness has grown by 200%.
Quick Lessons for Studio Owners
- Trainers First = Clients First: Support your staff, and they’ll build loyalty with clients.
- Use Tech to Elevate, Not Replace: Dashboards and automations free your team to focus on transformation.
- Lead with Purpose: Clients respond to real stories and values—not sales scripts.
- Own Your Strengths: You don’t have to be a trainer to build a fitness business. Use the skills you bring to the table.

Looking Ahead
Limitless Fitness recently opened a second studio, quickly growing from 150 to close to 230 clients. But the team is intentionally slowing down to focus on culture and quality.
“We’re onboarding all these new trainers properly—so they’re set up for success before we shift our vision anywhere else,” says Bennett. Bill adds, “This business exists because of them. For them. We will continue to do whatever is best for them so that they can take care of the client.”
With a strong foundation and a people-first approach, Limitless is building for the long haul.
